Vehicle tracking
"Where's the truck?" — one answer, one screen
Every vehicle, trailer and machine on one live map. No second system, no spreadsheet holding it together.
The cost of not knowing is real: hours on the phone chasing drivers, detention claims you can't disprove, "we were on site at 8" arguments you lose because there's no record. One screen ends the guessing — live positions, trip history, geofenced sites, and a timestamped record of who was where.
It's the same login as the tacho, cameras and fuel side. That's the point: the whole yard, one place, instead of three systems that don't talk.
What you get
Proof of attendance, not arguments
Geofence every site and the record writes itself: arrived 07:52, left 15:40. When a customer disputes waiting time or a main contractor questions attendance, you send the log, not a promise. Trip replay settles "the job took how long?" in seconds.
Alerts for out-of-hours movement mean the yard watches itself — a truck moving at 2am on a Saturday is a phone call, not a Monday surprise.
What it costs per vehicle
Asked every week
Does it track trailers and plant, or just trucks?
Both. Powered vehicles get hardwired units; trailers and plant get long-life battery trackers. Everything shows on the same map.
Can drivers see they're being tracked?
Yes, and they should — it protects them too. The same record that disproves a detention claim clears your driver when someone swears the truck was elsewhere.
How fast is "live"?
Positions update as the vehicle moves — close enough to watch a truck turn into the yard. History and reports keep the fine detail.
Does it work with the tacho side?
Same platform, same login. The planner sees position and remaining drive time on one screen — the tacho page covers that half.
What about vans without tachographs?
Tracking works on anything with a battery. But our platform is built around tacho fleets of 5–50 — if you run only small vans, a lighter tool will suit you better and we'll say so.
