Cold chain

The fridge never lifted. Show them.

A live temperature trail for every load — so a rejected delivery is their problem to prove, not yours to swallow.

One rejected load can wipe out the margin on a week of deliveries — and without a temperature record, the depot's word wins. The gate says "it arrived warm", the invoice doesn't get paid, and the argument is already lost because you have nothing to argue with.

Wireless probes in the box log the whole journey. If the temperature drifts, you get the alert while the driver can still do something about it — door left open, fridge fault, wrong set-point — instead of finding out at the gate. And when the load was right, the printout says so, timestamped, end to end.

Proof, not arguments

Every load, logged end to end

Multi-zone probes for dual-temp bodies, door sensors that catch the real cause of most "warm arrivals", and alerts to the driver and the office the moment a zone drifts. The delivery record attaches to the trip automatically — customer disputes get answered with a PDF, not a phone argument.

Asked every week

Does it work with dual-temperature bodies?

Yes — a probe per zone, each with its own set-point and alerts. Chilled up front, frozen at the back, both on the record.

What triggers an alert?

A zone drifting past its threshold, a door open longer than it should be, or a fridge that stops. Alerts go to the driver and the office while the load is still saveable.

Can customers get the temperature record?

One click exports the trip's trail as a PDF — timestamped, per zone. Send it with the POD or only when someone argues; your call.

Is the kit wired into the fridge?

Probes are wireless and fitted in the 7–10 day install alongside the tracking unit. No drilling through bulkheads, no fridge warranty arguments.

We only run a few fridges. Worth it?

Cold-chain kit is a per-vehicle add-on — fit it to the fridges, not the fleet. One saved rejection usually pays the year.
